Animal Haven

Animal Haven is a nonprofit organization that finds homes for abandoned cats and dogs throughout the Tri-State area, and provides behavior intervention when needed to improve chances of adoption.  Founded in 1967, we operate an animal shelter in Manhattan. We also provide programs that enhance the bond between animals and people.

Ava's Voice

The purpose of Ava’s Voice is to provide financial assistance and support to families affected by hearing and/or vision loss, to advance the understanding of hearing and vision loss through funding research, and to provide resources and education to the public about hearing and vision loss.

CancerCare

Founded in 1944, CancerCare is the leading national organization providing free, professional support services and information to help people manage the emotional, practical and financial challenges of cancer. Services include counseling and support groups over the phone, online and in-person, educational workshops, publications and financial and co-payment assistance. All CancerCare services are provided by oncology social workers and world-leading cancer experts.

Dwelling Place

Provides transitional services for homeless women including shelter and a structured environment to enable them to lead a healthy and independent lifestyle. It is a very special place that has been doing incredible work for women in need since 1977 and every donation they receive goes a long way in helping the lives of women in NYC that are working to overcome challenges.

Grace Institute

Empowers low-income women in the New York area to achieve employment and economic self-sufficiency by providing job-skills training, counseling, placement services and continuous learning opporrtunities that lead to upwardly mobile employment

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity’s vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. ... There are more than 1,400 local affiliates in the United States and more than 70 national organizations around the world. Together, They have helped more than 1 million families — representing 5 million people — improve their living conditions since our founding in 1976.

Halo For Angels

Their mission is to help local families in despair, located near the Florham Park, NJ. Started by a mother of 5 who was diagnosed with breast cancer, she was overwhlemed by local support to get her through this ordeal. Her mission is to help other families that are presented with unfortunate situations.

Kids in Seats

Kids in Seats is a non-profit organization that works with venues nationwide to positively impact the lives of children who are disadvantaged socially, educationally, and culturally. The Foundation works with over 100 partner organizations to reach children in community-based organizations who struggle with homelessness, poverty, and food deprivation.

Lupus Foundation of America

Their mission is to improve the quality of life for all people affected by lupus through programs of research, education, support and advocacy. They are focused on achieving the following disease-specific outcomes: (1) reducing time to diagnosis, (ii) Offering affected people with an arsenal of sale and effective treatments, and (iii) Expanding direct services and increasing access to treatment

SOAR

SOAR, or Support Our Autism Rainbow Foundation was created in 2004 by a group of parents who wanted their children with autism to learn from and form friendships with their classmates. Today, it has grown to provide a social development program for elementary, middle, and high school students across the Half Hollow Hills School District.

Spectrum Designs

A social mission to help individuals with Autism lead full and productive lives through the world of work. By providing real jobs to real people Spectrum reduces these social costs, enhances our local economy, and builds an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
